Our story

Mission 
To provide healthcare professionals with unbiased real estate insights and co-investment opportunities that support their journey toward financial independence.

Medvisory was founded in 2015 by Manveen Puri, who began his real estate journey while purchasing his first rental property. After recognizing that commission-based compensation models often introduced bias into the financial “education” provided to physicians, he sought knowledge directly from tradespeople and real estate professionals. That grassroots approach laid the foundation for what would grow into the Medvisory network.


Over the past decade, we have coached, mentored, and co-invested in  hundreds of real estate projects across Ontario, working with more than 100 investors at varying stages of their careers.


As Medvisory has evolved from its advisory roots, we have remained committed to an objective, transparent lens in evaluating every opportunity. Our investment model is built on true partnership: we only seek joint venture collaborators and do not profit from third- party referrals. Every project we invite clients to join is one in which our own team invests time, expertise, and capital. This principle has kept us mission-focused and cultivated a trusted, high-performing network of repeat investors.
