Cashback - Terms and Conditions
When purchasing a home with a Medvisory affiliated agent, the cashback being offered is up to 50% of the buyer’s agent commission paid by the seller, when applicable. Cashback is only available in the GTA for purchases over $300,000. The co-operating commission must be a minimum of 2.5% of the purchase price to qualify. Applicable cashback is paid to the buyer after recovering a nominal administration cost and brokerage fees that varies based on the home price:
$300,000 to $799,999 = $1,500
$800,000 to $999,999 = $3,000
$1,000,000+ = $3,500
Cashback is paid by after successful closing of transaction and all funds have been distributed, and commissions are received from the listing brokerage and/or closing lawyer. HST is applicable on all commissions/fees for agents but is not applicable on buyer cashback.
Property Management
Our trusted property management partner offers full-service property management services at below-market rates for Medvisory’s physician clients, ensuring your properties are in good hands while you focus on your career.
Services include full service property management (including tenant communication & inquiries, cleaning management, maintenance management, serving notices) for 5% of monthly rental income, as well as tenant recruitment (incl posting on MLS & popular rental sites, showings, screening & lease creation) for 75% of one month’s rent.
